Tony Reisz

Chief Executive Officer, Decision Insight Information Group and Marshall & Swift/Boeckh

As CEO of Decision Insight Information Group (DIIG) and Marshall & Swift/Boeckh (MSB), Tony Reisz oversees a portfolio of businesses that provide essential property information, solutions and services to insurance, financial, legal and real estate professionals throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.  

Prior to joining DIIG and MSB, Mr. Reisz spent over a decade providing transformative executive leadership to firms in the Information Technology and Property and Casualty Insurance industries. As President and CEO of Ontario Systems, he led the organization through one of its most innovative periods by dramatically revamping its entire product suite-garnering a host of industry awards in the process. During Mr. Reisz’s time as President of Insurity, he led a complete restructuring of the organization, including new product development, diversifying revenue sources, realigning the product portfolio and repositioning its place in the market through a comprehensive rebranding process.

Mr. Reisz holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Dayton.

Dave Pedersen

Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Decision Insight Information Group and Marshall & Swift/Boeckh

Dave Pedersen is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Decision Insight Information Group (DIIG) and Marshall & Swift/Boeckh (MSB). He is responsible for managing all sales efforts for MSB's Underwriting, Claims, Retail and Government business segments and overseeing all marketing, marketing communications, strategy and execution.

Before joining DIIG and MSB, Mr. Pedersen spent two decades leading progressive sales, marketing and product management initiatives within the Information Technology and Property and Casualty Insurance industries. Most recently as Senior Vice President of Ontario Systems, he oversaw tremendous revenue growth by developing innovative technology and services solutions throughout the insurance value chain for agents/brokers, wholesalers and carriers.

Mr. Pedersen holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Bentley University.

Elizabeth Salomon, CPA

Chief Financial Officer, Decision Insight Information Group and Marshall & Swift/Boeckh

Elizabeth Salomon is the Chief Financial Officer for Decision Insight Information Group (DIIG) and Marshall & Swift/Boeckh (MSB), primarily responsible for all aspects of the organization’s financial management, including funding strategy, cash management, financial reporting, accounting, tax initiatives and forecasting.  As part of the company’s senior leadership team, Elizabeth plays a critical role in developing organization strategy and assessing performance.

Prior to her role at DIIG and MSB, Ms. Salomon spent over twenty years in critical financial leadership roles in organizations in the information technology and financial services industries.   In her most recent position as CFO of Ontario Systems, Ms. Salomon returned the organization to a place of financial stability while directing all financial operations, contributing to organizational strategies and leading risk management initiatives.   Ms. Salomon also served as CFO of LexisNexis (formerly ChoicePoint) Insurance Services, a leading provider of data and analytics to the property and casualty insurance industry.

A CPA, Ms. Salomon holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida.

Steven Brewer

Senior Vice President, Underwriting Solutions

Steven Brewer is Senior Vice President of Underwriting Solutions at MSB.

Steve leads the overall vision, thought leadership, planning and execution for all Underwriting Solutions at Marshall & Swift/Boeckh (MSB). This includes both Commercial and Residential Property Insurance to Value (ITV) solutions as well as advanced analytics and outsourcing services focused on helping carriers improve operating results in today's challenging property market.  In this role, he aligns all of MSB's data assets, technologies, vision and innovation with the needs of the organization's insurance markets to help them select, price, underwrite and manage property risk. Prior to this role, Steve managed MSB's corporate strategic initiatives and its Book of Business Management Operations, aligning systems and technology necessary to support insurance-to-value programs for carriers.  Additionally, he managed product development and systems implementation for MSB software, web-hosting and associate technology. 

Before joining MSB, Mr. Brewer spent four years as a consultant with Deloitte in business process reengineering, custom development and systems integration. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University with a minor in Engineering Leadership Development and is a graduate of Penn State's Schreyer Honors College.

Norrine Brydon

Vice President, Data Asset and Research

As Vice President of the Data Asset and Research Department, Norrine Brydon leads MSB in the development, collection and utilization of construction cost data. Ms. Brydon has over 20 years of international and domestic experience in programming, design and construction management of residential and commercial construction projects. Organizations for which she managed new construction, renovation or expansion projects include Jacobs Engineering, Hilton Hotels Corporation and Host Hotels and Resorts.

Ms. Brydon has a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a B.A. in Business Accounting and a Construction Management Certification.

Todd Eyler

Vice President, Real Estate & Government Markets

Todd Eyler serves as MSB's Vice President of Real Estate & Government. Mr. Eyler oversees all strategy and execution that services MSB's clients in the federal, state, and local government sectors, the real estate and appraisal sector, and the financial services sector. Most recently, Mr. Eyler was the Chief Technology Officer at StoneRiver - previously known as Fiserv Insurance Solutions. Prior to that role, he had leadership positions in the insurance technology segments of Gartner and Forrester Research.

Mr. Eyler received a B.A. from Yale and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Kelly Renz

Vice President, Human Capital

Kelly Renz is MSB's Vice President of Human Capital and is responsible for all areas of the organization's Human Capital results, with a focus on progressive talent management programs and initiatives. Over the past 15 years, Ms. Renz has played a key role in the implementation, development and effectiveness of human resource functions for companies of all sizes and industries such as Target Corporation, Pinstripe, AQS and Clifton Gunderson LLP.   

Ms. Renz holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, a Masters of Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources designee.
